In Fridays post , I received an Antig Weslake manual from Mark,Slider 29, when I had a look at it,this was inside.

I knew the late Ian Williams well and his Dad, Taffy. I still see Taffy from time to time at Fairbairn, he and the Bryant lads used to come down for the South Coast Cup meetings at Sapphire Speedway.

One thing I do remember is that when things were going wrong at a meeting, both Ian and Taffy would revert to Welsh Gaelic, you had Buckleys of understanding a word they said, but you sure as hell had an idea what was going down !!

the bike in the photo is the Yamaha TA 125 Twin Roadrace engine, I remember it screaming loud,
Probably the original Banshee.
does it still exist? And what happened to Ian.

Ian passed away some years ago, SON, I don't know what caused his passing.

The 125 twin motors in Ian's and KP's bikes were built by Wayne and Doug Bryant fro Canberra, KP still has his and is restoring it.

I remember a lot of Banshee howling from two of the things when KP and Ian were practicing together at Fairbairn.

Anymore pics from the sides? Looks cool, any idea of its history. Looks like a good leg trailer!

Can't tell you Foss but maybe you can tell me what the wing nut is in the centre of the handlebars.
An steering dampner?

Yep, got it in one, Slides, a steering damper, I've been trying to identify the motor, I've seen the rocker gear supported on plates like that before, but I can't remember what make it was.

C'mon gents, apart from Greg Primmer on 325, who are the other riders with him?
Foss is being polite because I know he know's most of them.
A hint, the guy with no front plate comes from West Wyalong.

Now now Alvin, no grudges here even if we all know what you're talking about.
That's the first photo I've ever seen of Fraz not on a Slider.
