Results from this race after 3 restarts, 79 OZ Unlimited Final, Kempsey.
1st - 2 Stephen Gall
2nd - 77 Glen McDonald
3rd - 318 Mick Cady
4th - 125 C Crowe
5th - 26 Billy Mac
6th - TH
Gally was freaking lucky because I reckon he caused at least one of the restarts, check out page 72.

The programme with results has been put up on the OZ Dirttrack website.
75 is def Matt Daley, 54 is Gary O'brien and 125 is Colin Crowe.
#1 was on the programme as #21 is Anthony Gunter.

Great photo's and stories there Smed, you can see footage of Crumpy Snr winning that aussie title in the movie Naturaly Free, there's a link to the movie on youtube in its own topic.
A couple of mistakes though, the pit scene is at the Syd Showground and the Speedway rider on the Weslake, Langy?, looks to be at Liverpool to me.
The DT shot from Tamworth looks like 96 Peter Laws, 318 Mick Cady, 190 Ron Davis and 710 KP.

The SR4 speedway bike in the above article is a now a part of Alan Jones collection. It's a jewel of a bike.

Not sure if it is KD, ME, 190 Ron Davis is still racing that TM400.
The guy behind 318 could be Langy, he bobs up everywhere.

Just spoke to Gary O'Brien re. these shots. He said "yep that's me, unconscious for an hour, 5 broken ribs and a fractured scull". I better not repeat who he said caused it though ;)

You're right about the outfit pit shot being at the Showground and that the Wessie shot is at Liverpool,Slides.  I'm pretty sure it's not Langy on the Wes, I think it may be Dave Mills.
