Also to LWCPE82...i've emailed shocktreatment and teknik on prices so thanks for the links (pulled down the RM shock too ...blown seal head and bladder in the resi)

See how you go with that but also try Rad Shocky Repairs in Brisbane, they would probably sell you the parts too.

They are very competitively priced too if you decide to get them to rebuild it for you.

Check the thread below for my experience with the floater shock.

if you need a quick answer then phone them. It took a while for Teknik to get back to me one time, but when they did they were very helpfull and they know their stuff. Terry Hay at shock treatment is also widely regarded as a top suspension guy too.

Well i took your advice LWC82PE and rang Teknik and shocktreatment, teknik were ok but i had to supply the dimensions etc etc and they sounded busy......but shocktreatment....well the lady on the phone asked, what bike, year, size, told me what the dimensions should be,how much, that the rm has the same shocker as the KX....then i said hang on! My diameters are 16mm shaft and 46mm body, she said no...it should be 14 x 40mm. (which is also the PE type)
Then i realised why Moose's part# didn't match what i have.
She told me that i have the dimensions of an RM250 shock and what the bladder size should be,and bingo
she was dead right.
She put other callers on hold and was very helpful and was a about $20 cheaper as well.
Apart from the bladder being out of stock until monday.....should be able to order parts next week if i need to.
Cheers

Sounds like things are working out for you now. As soon as you mentioned 16mm shaft i also though hang on, it should be 14mm.

The PE is 14x40 and the rm125 should be 14x40 but the 16x46 threw a spanner in the works which is an rm250 shock...so all is good hopefully when i order and ALL parts are in stock.
Thanks again  ;)

Sorry to interrupt, but would RM125X/Z/D shocks also be the same dimensions (14mm shaft & 40mm body)?

Thanks
