Howdy All,

Have just joined up.

Ex swinger from mid 80s over in WA. Used to race KX 500 then changed to CR 500. Call me crazy but there is nothing better than hanging off the side of a chair going flat out of a corner.

Looking forward to going to the nationals at Broadford. It will be great to see the sidecars racing and putting on a great show.

Can any one tell me which club most of the sidecar people belong to here in Vic?

Also its a great forum some really interesting topics.

Hope to chat soon

Swinger

Howdy ODD1,

No I dont have ride for broadford. I havent put that much thought into yet. I am looking to get back involved.

Is there many opportunities to jump back in the chair?

I would be starting from scratch again but that half the fun.

Swinger

Good choice of sidecars. ;) I like the mid-late 80s VMC/EML's with 2 stroke engines.

Just checked Tim 754 He races a honda I think its a 750 /4 You will also need a race licence, not sure in Vic but it might have to have passenger sidecar endorsement as well

Lwc82pe are you luke on the PE forum?
Leith      is definately LWC and has a flock of PE's, British stuff and exotica.
Michael  is Frosty and still scrounging PE400 parts.
Luke      is Lukeb1961 with a PE175N that I fall off fairly regularly.

If you have a PE, speak up!!   ;D

Scrounging :D I just like PE400's but I dont discriminate I have a 250b project and the only reason I dont have a 175 is I havent found one yet.

I do remember someone looking for a passenger aswell I will see if I can find the old thread. :)
