Why a 50? Unless it was just for fun, I would have thought the 125 would have been a better option.

The smaller ISDT bikes were all based on exploiting the contemporary rule structure that gave smaller bikes more generous
ie lower, average speed / time requirements.

I believe it was a guy named Brian Nankervis in Melbourne,as I am pretty sure he brought Brissoni out to promote them at the time

The first two SWM machines that came to Australia (the 50cc ISDT machine and a 125cc MX machine) were imported via the Hartwell MCC through my connections.
Because of this the factory did send out the rider Brissoni to compete at Christmas Hills. He brought another MX machine with him.
Murray Nankervis was the Hartwell MCC President at the time.
