Perhaps . I wish I had a rigid Sonic frame like that but I've got a spare Hindall frame made for a Kawasaki F21M that might just make a sweet little dirt tracker with one of my DT1 or RT1 engines. We're all taking our dirt track tackle to the Bonanza at Easter so who knows what may emerge from the shed before then. The Benelli's coming along fine I we may get to fit something else in ( but who am I kidding, I've got 4 bikes on the go right now not including the slider I got off Jim). 2011 probably.

YZ250As were plumbed for both sides as some Euros liked to shift on the wrong side. Cheers John.

Lotsa Dt1 had the right and left change, shaft is double sided and the clucthc cover has the hole and seal,  still pick them up.

Why on the right ? try changing gears with your left on an oval track, when the bikes cranked over, if you lucky you might get you foot back , but usually not under.

IF same guy he has 3 of these DT1, back at work next weeks and ill post the pics, he had hard tail, sprung and also stock frame from memory
