Apparently it uses a modified KT250 frame

.........heres a 125 he prepared earlier

The mods to the KT frame appear to be limited to the motor mounts being modified suit the Hodaka motor

No wonder the exhaust had to be routed behind the front downtubes, theres very little clearance between mudguard and exhaust with the standard rake.
