hi does it have three holes in the top with the headlight bracket mounted on straight to face plate if so thats 80-81 175-400 if it has three holes in the front not bottom that is the earlier type thanks Michael.  :)

all 80-84 PE headlights are the same apart from these differences - 82-84 175 has black light rim/grille and has a different shape number board. The yellow housing/shell that clips to the fork legs is all the same from 80-84. 80-84 model housing should have 4 slots in teh mounting tabs to zip type the light housing to the forks. 78/79 didnt have these.

There was a 80-84 type PE light that ended one ebay yesterday. I missed and it looks like you missed it too DG26  :)

yeah that ones bottom tab was broken dont worry if they are painted that leaves the plastic underneath in good nick

yeah there was 2. One last week with broken bottom mount (could be plastic welded and smoothed back) and then another one that ended yesterday that wasnt broken.

it has three bolts holes above h/light
number plate is oval shape with rub mark from brake cable
chrome has surface rust,all tabs are there
only numbers i can find are the suzi logo then415 and SAEm77
only has three holes for c/ties, bottom right does not have one
hope this helps,if this makes no sense i have the flu at the moment , not thinking very well :) :)



sorry frosty  no speedo, but i do still have those nos blinkers
