KTM parts and manual

I am looking for parts for a 1982 KTM125 MX.  It's a water cooled, single radiator, drum braked with a progressive linkaged single Fox shock rear end.  Pretty rare machine but parts for the air cooled 80/81 will fit.  Some parts for the 83/84 are similar.

What I desperately need are:
Kick start lever
Ex pipe/silencer
Radiator
Parts book
Service manual
