my insurance company has moved the goalposts, >:("you've got what motor init",so who do you guys use/recommend for modified vans,(bigger/different engine/trnamissions),i used Just Cars years ago,(very exxy!!),past 4years till now was with apia,any ideas??, :P

Mick,
Seems like you will need to have the mods approved by an engineer.
If it's been modified and doesn't have a mod plate, legally it's not road worthy :o in qld anyway

i had shannons bug me about taking on my car policies and home as well, told the guy to send the quotes and id wait for my renewals when thery came in, well they just did, merc sprinter is $400 cheaper and Vito $120 cheaper, seems more polices cheaper it gets also can get laid up or low use cover, which from what i can tell isnt monitored guy just asked how ofter i used the race truck. under 10,oook a year is low use rate.

changed both over this week, rest to follow, so worth the call

Evo,it's been engineered/regoed etc for 7 years with VT dunnydoor mtr tranny,Apia says it now falls outside their guidelines(that to me is insurance speak for,hey we got the numbers now,piss the weird shit off??) ,Freaky Nathan,i tried Shannons 4yrs ago,will try them again now!,(we have 3 vehicles/house/contents with apia),ta guys
