Hello chaps and chappettes, I'm Tony or Tee or whatever. Having had bikes for most of my life - bar a small hiatus due to an Ex! -I've opened the door to Pandora's box and found VMX. I'm readying a 73 CR 250 Honda for our first hitout in September together and I'm sure it'll be a ride we'll both remember.
Why a Greenback? When I was 11 years old, the local rich kid rode one to school, did a few donuts in the carpark, let us "ooh and ahh" for a minute then took off, leaving me with the feeling that I HAD to get one of them. Some 36 years has passed since then, but finally I found one for the right price.
I'd dabbled in MX when I was younger, but Enduro is where my passion lay for many years. VMX has the feeling of Enduro, where it's laid back and no-one cares (other than the top runners), just bring on the esky and let's benchrace and bulls*!t for a while after.
