DT360.Yeah,yeah everyone wants one!
« on: July 08, 2009, 08:49:18 pm »
Searched high n low.Looking for a complete DT360A or similar model, doesn't need to be a show pony.
I know these things are rare to come across, but if anyone has a complete;albeit: in pieces,or roller bike, etc.please pm me.Would like to finish my collection.
Take a 400 if someone has one.Which is nearly as hard to obtain as the 360.
No year models after 1976, for the 400.

                              Cheers,Mark.
I used to drink a lot.
I still do,but I used to,too.

Hey Mark,
There's a '75 or '76 400 lying in the grass at the local wreckers. It's missing it's wheels and ignition, I can't remember if it has forks. He wants $200 for it. It may be a start. He also has a better 400 which turns over and has good compression. Once again missing forks & wheels. It's the squarer tank, cantilever model, maybe '77, not sure. He wants $600 for that one. PM if you want anymore info.
Cheers,
K

Billjackjane.Geeze thats a mouthful.
Anyway, thanks for sharing the memories.Bought back my memories of the 360.
I didn't actually ride these bikes.But...........
I did grow up with them though.
Have vivid memories of my next door neighbor riding into a fence with the front wheel pointed to the sky and his feet dragging on the ground, then knocking himself out.
His riding attire was pure 70s backyard style(Lee Vi's and tex shirt,he had thongs on for added protection),guess in 1973 they built lads tough. ;D ;D.
Although at the time,I was learning the art of boxing at the nearby Police Ctizens Youth Club,(PCYC),and up until then I'd never seen anyone knocked out.So it was kinda scarey.
Thought he was dead, his sisters and brothers were off their heads.
Alas, his dad threw water on him and he revived.
Where would we be without parents?

I used to drink a lot.
I still do,but I used to,too.

446 off the top of my head, or any 4 number in a yam be the right one, 450 is the 250 Dt and the 125 is 444, so you see anything else with a 4 in it bound to be the 360.
