New Here
« on: June 09, 2009, 06:30:15 am »
Hello, i am new here. I am from the U.S. and i am restoring a Cagiva three wheeler that was converted from a 1983 WMX 250 by tricky dick's back in the day. I have been trying to find info on parts for these machines for sometime then i ran across this forum. There seems to be a few WMX owners here so i figured i would join and see if i could learn something or maybe find where to get some parts from. here is the best pick of the three wheeler that i have.

Hi and welcome Barry, we see very few Cagiva's down this way. They certainly do exist but few and far between and you may well be the only owner of said bike (trike :P) on this forum. What part of the US are you from? Seems like you guys are in vintage heaven over there, all the parts and bikes I see for sale in the US spazes me when compared to the parts and bike availability we have down here. Cheers Doc

There is only a few of these Cagiva three wheelers ever made. I think the number is around 10. There seems to be a few board members  with the wmx dirt bike so i am hoping they will chime in to where they get parts. I am located in Texas and it is usaully easy to find vintage bikes. I was collecting a bunch of Mugen CR's, then i sold my collection and went to three wheelers. They seem to tickle me in the right spot.
