Please ID this Bultaco rear hub

I'm stumped by the smaller spoke flange being part of the casting rather than the riveted-on and chromed steel flange

This hub was used for a couple of models of Lobito's Mk4-Mk8?It was a bit lighter than the one you are used to with the chrome bolt on spoke plate.These Lobito,s were more trials orientated bikes.Not sure if they would withstand use in motocross.
