428, 61 tooth sprocket
« on: March 22, 2009, 11:07:42 pm »
I'm after a 428 pitch, 61 tooth (or close to) sprocket for my TM125.

I'm not looking for new, as long as all the teeth are there and they don't look like fish hooks! It's going to get used with an old chain and front sprocket.

The centre doesn't matter as I can, if needed, fit the centre out of a TS185 (520) sprocket I have. I priced a blank and it's over $100 up here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll get new sprockets and chain but I just want to get this thing going as soon as. Any one got any good ideas on suppliers of sprockets at reasonable prices?

Thanks

Brent

Brent you would should buy a sprocket from Sprocket Specialists in the USA, they can make you what you want in alloy or steel, they are easy to deal with.

Thanks Betric, I'm looking for a cheapy fix due to current "budget requirements"

I'll be buying two new sprockets and a chain in a few months time. At present I just need to get it going
