That's Bevo Forte, Bob Hannah's mate. Think he was the Scott goggles guy back in the day.

I think he is still the scott goggles guy .I think he is on the latest MXTV  US open Supercross DVD. Yeah just checked it is him giving tips on how to clean your goggles
