I have a set ot KYB shocks off a 1980 RM250.
I need to get them regased does anyone know what the correct pressure is.

Hi Mutch,
I just checked my parts manual on the out side chance that the pressure was there but it was not.

Mutch between 10 or 13 bar should be ok. Ohlins recommend 13 for a pair of vintage shocks and a modern KYB shock is set at 10 bar so somewhere between that will work. 10 bar is 145lbs.

MAX - 284PSI
OIL - 192CC of Belray LT100 (equivalent is Belray HVI 5W)
