1975 Shock Rebuild Manual
« on: February 01, 2008, 07:07:23 pm »
Was reading some old mags and came across a 32 page Shock Rebuild Manual that was included with the July 1975 edition of Modern Cycle. Included are articles on rebuilding Arnco, Betor, Boge, Honda, Curnutt, Koni, Redwing, Telesco and Thermal Phase shockers. Have attached a page from the koni section as an example. If the info in this manual is of interest to anyone I will try to post it up.

Cheers Mark

Hi Mark, Did you post the article? I am just dismantling the Telseco's on my Cota and would appreciate any info you have.

Thanks

Steve

Any chance of getting a copy of the entire article?

I'm happy to pay any costs

Thanks for the copy of the pages

After doing some searches on the net I found out that the National Library appears to have a copy of the magazine, in fact they have issues all the way back to September '65. I have ordered a copy of the article through the online request system (cost $13.20) and as long as it is the correct magazine it will turn up in a week as a PDF. I will post it as soon as I get it.

Unfortunately the National Library don't have this issue, so much for the accuracy of the online catalogue.
