Arn, Suzuki only made 2 oversizes in 0.25 and 0.50 and no larger size aftermarket are available that I know of. This is the only hassle with the PE400's otherwise I'd have had one in the garage long ago. RM400's aren't much better but at least there are Wiseco's for those unlike the PE's  :-\ there is definately a little niche to be filled out the in PE-land if someone had some larger pistons cast. It's a wonder no-one has done it.

thanks for your help,   ive got a pe 400 in a rm 500 frame ,did the conversion more than 20 years ago for trail riding, started viper this year with it .it was going great till it droped on the throttle side causing it to nip up.. i have got a standard barrel and a .5 barrel so i am keen to get these pistons on ebay.
