Too cold, too bloody lazy!
« on: June 29, 2013, 12:10:04 pm »
Instead of poking at the computer keyboard I suppose everyone else is doing something with their bikes?

I managed to get out to the mancave yesterday arvo (mid afternoon), cleaned points, checked timing and change oil.

Every thing else is waiting for me!
 cheers pancho

fugging alternative w/shop universe black holes, just spent the last 2hrs (unsuccessfully) looking for a converted to rollers SL350 cam/rockerbox,i had it in my hand last week & returned to shelf coz i was looking for a carby instead  :-[,which incidently turned up at mates place earlier today,(forgot i lent it to him),went round mates earlier with 3 spare ign coils,a big block 650/800 yam i did, wouldn't run on 2,mate said coils dud,so he picks another, bolts it on,hmmm points arc up bigtime, upshot we picks the 1 dud coil  out of 3 i bought (typical ::)),original prob was loose condensor wire doh!,(yes left multimeter at home :(),so good thing GP's on tonite, will try & forget todays w/shop efforts, :P

For those into the arts,Forgot to add MOTO GP starts at 8pm tonight on ONE live from ASSEN, Lorenzo riding with  a repaired fractured collarbone,Crutchlow on pole. He won't last long with those pesky Spaniards (Pedrosa,Marquez etc)on his tail. Lucky I bought a slab this arvo.

Jeez you's are sooks . Imagine being in Europe. 3 months of being so cold you can't breath and so dark you're not even sure it's your missus you're cuddling.
That's the best time to fix the bikes and build next seasons camper bus, just gotta make the shed warm enough so you don't die down there. BIggest oil burners I've ever seen in those sheds.
