Spring washers go in pairs opposing. The extra plate can go anywhere as it is just used to get the stack height higher. Be careful that the locking washer for the center nut doesn't stop the clutch from releasing completely. If the washer isn't bent in enough into the 3 grooves the clutch center can jam against it when it is pushed in to release the clutch. The clutch needs around 1.5mm of travel from to work properly, that can be checked with the compressor after the circlip is installed.
