   What is it fact or fiction?   Tried to find if it is a scam, but can't find anything yet.  Maybe one of you computer wizards might be able to find some info.  The old rule about if it looks to good to be true it probably is.

Lots of these things are going to  be piling up like .. well chinese pitbikes.
 The government  is starting to cast an eye over them and the use is being restricted. QLD has just introduced a law for electric assisted pushbikes. If operated off a public roadway a max speed of 6kph using only electricity and a max total speed of 22kph.
I cant see the appeal in them with those conditions.

 Im sure all electric vehicles will require normal registration before long and how many would pass the design rules?
