Honda SL100
« on: September 07, 2008, 07:36:54 pm »
I am trying to find a SL100 69/70 era or parts. It must be a 100 as they never change the model until the 125 around 73/74 I have been told. If any one has info on the frame and engine numbers such as is it a KO frame please advise. I am located in Brissy.

The XL100 was introduced  and superceded the SL100 in 1974, however you will find XL100 K0's with a model Identification plate stamped with a date for late 1973. My XL100 (K0) is stamped 10/73 which is it build date even though it is a 1974 model. The XL100 obviously all has frame and engine prefixies of XL100/XL100E.

Why do things the easy way, when with a bit of effort you can really make it difficult for yourself!!
