Monty Brake Lever Nut
« on: September 10, 2008, 09:33:41 am »
I've misplaced or discarded this nut. It seems to be a specialise nut/size/thread. Are they readily available, or will I be re-cutting a new thread ::)?

from what I've got here, it looks like a standard 8mm fine thread. I think it's been the same for a while.  Jason could either confirm or deny, if he's awake.

Has the actuator arm got a square hole (can't see from drawing)?

Sorry, I don't have one, but many is the time I've cursed that bloody stupid arrangement.

Yep, thats the system; square shank, the lever slips on through a square hole and then held by a nut.
