If they are original, 230cc per leg and I used 30w in my ones. 30w is a bit hard to get, you could try a hydraulic oil 68 which is around 25w.

30 wt oil . No way. Unless you weigh 120kg +.
Use only 15wt . Castol or Shell or any other good Fork oil.
We use Ake Jonnson Fork Springs. Worth the Money. For Rider weight of 85kg.
230cc is correct. But you can add 10cc to 20cc for a heavyer rider or better make a alloy spacer and
preload the springs 5-10mm.

thanks fore the replys next question front and rear sprockets what can you recommend size I only have experience with 490 and aw maicos never had a 4 speed before

I used 14-59 for MX and 14-52 for dirt track , tight MX tracks 13-59.
