I had a mate who is a m/c mechanic rebuild my zundapp motor, which basically was a wreck I have as yet not finished it due to many things, everything is together and will hopefully finish early this year.  I had a thread on it in the british section http://forum.ozvmx.com/index.php?topic=21880.0

Thanks for that ,  my motor is engine type 285 , model LI or LB , I know nothing about them , I'm hoping my gearbox is OK , I know I will need clutch parts , rod kit and a top end rebuild . The fun begins !
