Montesa suspension
« on: September 06, 2017, 09:07:30 pm »
Hi a?l, I have a 78 montessa h6 360 with suspension from a similar vintage red tank cappra 360. I want to replace the after market falcon rear shocks with some new ones. Can anyone advise the correct length for the rear shockers and maybe suggest a reasonable brand?

I use Gazzi shocks , you will need a very stiff spring rate on the Monty. You can get different length ends that are adjustable to get the ride height that suits you. If you sit the bike on the stand and then move the rear wheel till it looks right and then measure the distance?

I have built a few 360 shocks over the years for VMX racing , so we can offer you a proven setting now .    http://store.suspensionshop.org/
VMX shocks , We don't just sell them - I design and produce them individually for you since 1989.
