I'm having trouble contacting HPI ignitions. Only tried Email so far but don't seem to be able to get a response.
Is there a better way to get in touch or is there some secret code to add to Emails?

Still no reply to Email. Been over 2 weeks. Does he speak good English on the phone? I'll have to call if emails get no reply.

I have spoken on the phone to Willy once and his English isn't the best nor his emails but he has always come good for me on the stuff I want , be it a bit on the slow side though.

Send him another email. He will reply don't worry.
BTW Remember that overseas companies do not have to comply with consumer protection laws like we have in Australia. Many like Willy sell items made by other companies. If you have a problem they do not take any accountability. They pass the buck to the supplier and want you to sort it yourself. Ignitions are good examples of things that can go wrong where this can happen.....
