Did you do the resto or buy it restored?

I bought it restored (at least "cosmetically").
So many problems. Couldn't even tighten either wheel due stripped parts. Coolant didn't stay inside. Still a work in progress. If I ever manage to ride a whole lap in the power band I'll be happy.
I might hang it on the wall after that.

Have any of you guys dealt with cracks in the swingarm ? The cracks are appearing at the bearing end where the swingarm connect to the frame/motor.

Weld it up or get another swingarm. Pretty common on the twinshock  alloy swingarms too.
