tank dents

cr125 m1 tank got a few small dents, should i sand blast to bare metal, bog, prep & paint or just sand bog prep & paint?

If that's an alloy tank? don't sand blast it, it will come back distorted and more dented. Just use chemical paint stripper and or bead blast which is less aggressive/less heat.

The general rule is back to bare metal before filler. Reason being if you fill over existing paint & it (the paint) falls off, so does your filler.
