If they're good damping shocks & you're happy with them could you somehow raise the front end to get it in proportion plus the added bonus of a bit more ground clearance & footrest clearance when cornering in deep grooves. Trying to think what i'd have done to my B33 back in the day [ideas probably frowned on lol but] Shorten the top bush & add a bit to the spring or preload it more if it won't coil bind. Forgetting it has external springs--was long ago. Or--add a screw in lengthening spacer to the top of the tube where it fits the top yoke. Or--ignore all that lol, just reminiscing. Cheers.
ps, have a laugh at my old dunga from back in the day. String & wire special but went like hell on methanol, or as it was called--Shell racing Special & it didn't sting like petrol if it escaped the tank cap & got on your racing pants or places that you wouldn't want it lol. Apologies for hijacking your post, i'll show you mine if you show me yours-----ahem.

I think you will find that 12.5" (350mm) is the correct length shock. Any of the specialist shock suppliers should be able to hook you up with whatever length shock you figure you need.

Very nice bike by the way  8)
