I have a KX250 A5 engine, a second cylinder, carby and exhaust for sale.

The seller stated that he bought it on the basis that it has been rebuilt recently to some extent but he had not taken apart to check and neither have I.  I've only taken the head off to take some pictures of the bore.  It turns over easily and goes through all the gears.  The new cylinder stud nuts might mean it’s been rebuilt recently??

It has some damage to the front engine mount area, but that could flattened off and spacer used??

There is also a bit of damage to the front sprocket guard mounting hole area, but the thread is not damaged.  I can get a better picture for those interested.

The second cylinder looks ok.

The carby looks ok, no cracks or broken bits and is complete with slide spring etc.

The exhaust is pretty good, with some small dints.

I’m looking for $950 for the whole lot.  Price Drop to $850

I’m in Darwin but can ship to wherever you are.

If anybody wants pictures of anything in particular, let me know and I can email to you.

Cheers
Andrew

Bump, bump

I may sell bits individually, so if you're interested in a particular item, just give me a call.

Been thinking about it, wonder how hard it would be too fit into my KLX250?? Anyone got any experience on this? Frames must be similar?

This is exactly what I was going to do, but I have someone keen on the engine at the moment, I'll let you know if they decide to take it.

I've still got some KLX parts if you're interested  ;)
