Auspost wont email you unless you have a MyPost account and give them  your email.   if you gave it to the seller they wont give it to the freight companies.

They will just do what they have always done. leave a card in your mailbox with instructions.

Hope you reported it to Auspost

I get dozens of these things and delete them all. Reporting to Auspost will do little other than increase the utilisation of their customer service department.

I read all of my email in plain text. Nothing can hide and nothing is automagic.

Sure it isn't pretty, but if it needs to be pretty it is easy to switch for just that email.

Actually they will, received an email from Auspost tracking a month or so back telling me my parcel was ready for pick up.
I'm guessing the sender had an account and listed my e-mail when sending

Genuine Auspost e-mails come as a 'no reply' e-mail and there is nothing to download

Major newspapers around the country have been running articles on these current postage scam/scams. >:(
I may not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.
