Thanks Paulos. You are right, the spoke is approx 245mm long. It has a 45 bend on the swaged end. Its the shorter of the two types of spokes on the right side.
On another note, does anyone know the difference in spokes between the 1983 front (YZ125, 250, 490), and YAMAHA

The hubs are interchangeable between all models. The nipples and holes are the same size, 7mm and the spokes lengths seem roughly the same. The above models have these size spokes, taken from
http://www.cross-center.com/en/spokes-and-spoke-sets/all-spokes/spoke-set-yz-250-490-21-76-82-front-wheel.htmlSpoke size: 9 spokes of 4x231 mm. Inner spoke on brake side. (Left side)
Spoke size: 9 spokes of 4x232 mm. Outer spoke on brake side. (Left side)
Spoke size: 9 spokes of 4x240 mm. Outer spoke on right side.
Spoke size: 9 spokes of 4x242 mm. Inner spoke on right side.
All the left side spokes seem the same length with just the right side being 5mm different. Why would that be? and would it matter. The reason i ask is because the 2W6-25104-02 spoke kits are still sold for $70 at Partzilla.
Thanks, Alex
