Classic Nats are in Sept in WA. firm date TBA
As the WA crew consistently get it together to come over here, we should attempt to do the same and get over there for the 25th anniversary..  .not to mention the track looks fantastic...

People interested in going ..a few  relevant points in no particular order:

*Approx cost is/was  $180 per bike from WA to east coast return.
*Bike must be crated with gear, basically front wheel off, and bars to the side
*crates must be the same size for stacking/ double stacking.

Id see it needing to work something like this:
PM me if you are interested, need to get a group together.
If there is enough interest to fill a container , we will proceed
I will get a firm quote on the container and delivery to site + return.
Pay a  (refundable) deposit by end March, say $200.
Crates must be organised , I will supply dimensions, or I can arrange a bulk cut of ply  to size   , assemble your own box(es), price to be advised pending interest .
Bikes and gear must be loaded in good time - around -3 weeks prior I believe...

Will need a fork lift to unload/load at the other side

Any advice from the W.A crew welcome- say  with quarantine, how many bikes will fit into a 20'er, or whatever , you have the experience...

I leave it out there,  pm or call me 0403377337,
Its a long way to drive....

You can fit upto 28 bikes in the container, but best leave it at 26

heading down to the local bike shop and getting a cast of frame which can be cut down slightly is a big help - ply the walls then if you like.

having the crate fully covered gives extra room for boots etc that don't have to be carried on the plane. The idea of assess to tool box is a bonus..  :)

PS Barry plz don't comment about the Husky rider :)
Best is in the West !!
