Sydney - Chris Squires -
www.spokedwheels.com.au/
QLD - Ash's Spoked Wheels -
www.asw.com.au/
QLD - Titmans -
www.jtr.com.au/wheel_building_services/
There's probably plenty more around (VIC?) ...
I normally get spokes from JTR and build my own wheels.
Hope that helps.

I had a rim "rolled" at Warners wheels, Warana QLD. All good.
Mike Warner RIP was a bit of a local legend. His son has taken over the business.

If in WA, Brian Morgan of Spoke wheel services is your man. His work is top quality. I have used him many times and thoroughly recommend him.

Chivos at Granville if you're in Sydney, run by Doug Chivas and old street bike sidecar racer from back in the day.
