Jeez... I'd just about convinced myself to hold onto my 89 250GS.

Its a clean, unmolested bike with a new piston kit and water pump seal (and bearings).
Bearings are all good, rims are round, frame rails aren't bashed in, foot pegs aren't wobbly, discs aren't scored, etc.
Has both the big tank and the small tank.
Has both the original enduro muffler (long) and an MX muffler (short).
Has both later style wrap-around fork protectors and original narrow ones (one guide for the narrow ones needs to be replaced).
The seat has been built up to be flatter, and it has a black cover.
The rear guard is some after-market thing - the guard looks fine but the tail-light is poxy.
Has done very little work since it passed a road-worthy inspection (currently unregistered).
Has all of the road gear that the RWC guy wanted (ie: it has a dodgy horn and only one mirror).
Rear tyre is an almost new Mitas Stone King (<60kms of trail riding on it).
Has almost new ChainGang sprockets and quality O-ring chain (<60kms of trail-riding).

Give me a call if this is the sort of thing you're looking for.
04000 23847.
The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.
