Looking at the buildings and surroundings I would say Belgium 1965-67 ( no leading link and no nobbys.)

I thought UK too,then i spotted the little boy child on the right,with the long sockx and weird hat also the sign in the tree.

Thatched rooves though :-\ :)

Sign in the tree appears to be a tannoy, there are others in the trees behind. Chair on the rhs suggests Europe, and the surnames Dutch or Belgian you'd think...either way, looks like they're playing for keeps ! Great pic Graeme, got any more ?
