Thats through Jason Weaver at East Coast Vintage.  I imported my YZ125K through them.  I only have a few things to say.  He put a new seat cover on my bike but still left all the mud and dirt on the seat base although i did buy the bike unrestored.  Also, the $1000 i paid him for shipping ended up being double that as when it gets to Australia, CaroTrans and the other mobs they use are crooks and the fees just kept piling up.  Storage fees, dock handling fees, fees on fees etc.  With the exchange rate at the moment, you would not get any change out of $7000 + AU for that bike delivered and ready to pick up from the warehouse.  Also, my bike was in an open crate and took months to get here so it was filthy when it arrived.
Cheers,
Alex

always wonder how good these restored bikes are. I would at least invest 10 bucks to buy a couple of springs to hold that almost perfect OEM pipe in place so it does not fall of as soon as you hit a first bump.

If it indeed it did cost $7k to land it then thats a lot of dough for a bike that wasn't particularly competitive back in the day. I notice that its sold anyway, so good on the new owner. J

I've got a nice 74, gmc pipe, little use since good quality resto, no cheap bastard would even give me 3.5k for when advertised a while back. For any less it can sit in my shed and rot into the floor for all I care  :P

Polish it up and put it in the house.  If the missus complains, move her into the shed.
Cheers,
Alex

Exhaust to muffler area looks pretty average, and judging by the cable adjuster she needs new back brake shoes...
If you love it, lube it.

Meticulous restoration?  Mmmm silver frosted engine mount and exhaust manifold, not to mention the silver frosted rusty engine mount bolts. Missing top tree bolt. Missing pipe springs. Surface rust on seat mount tabs. Cad parts look to be wire brushed, which usually takes most of it off. Looks like surface rust under the new exhaust paint. And if you want to get really picky, non OEM carby clamps.
