Where I work (Gladstone Power Station) they have just banned the use of on-site (company-owned) motorbikes and there are some low-use, newish model Honda 200cc and Yamaha 200cc AG bikes being auctioned off. It's not a big work site so they probably have pretty low KM. Servicing has been by the local motorbike shops that we bought them through.
There are a few, maybe four of each. The Yamahas are all the blue steel tank monoshock model that have suspension and wheel components that look like TT250/350.
They should be appearing on "grays on line" auction site pretty soon. I will post a link when they appear and should be able to take extra photos until they get taken off site

my first thought is "and???" but then, they will be great value for someone looking for a good cheap scooter. thanks for the heads up

No there just the AG bikes, two cranes, Ford Ranger and Great Wall utes
