Got a 'free' XJ600' 1985 that's been parked outside mostly-since 2003 so you can imagine what the carbs were like, multiply the worst you've seen by 4 & then some. Corrosion on everything external too, motor etc. Got it going & actually sounds good & goes like hell. Motor looks quite short & thinking "Dirt Bike", not dirt track as such but vmx being in nz. On the other hand in oz how would that motor go in dirt track?. One of my old 360 yams had a 3TA triumph motor in once with little or no mods just pushed the front tubes out slightly [i patted them back for the 360]. That was RT1/2/3 & the next motor frame looks longer in that area ie DT360A---& on, sc500 [one for sale on trademe nz. Anyway-- any pics of hybrids like that?
