please can  anyone lend me a decent pair of 76 250 s/cvrs to replicate,customer sent me a pair of really rough/slightly trashed  ones,  :((can't believe the airbox s/cvrs meant to be that thick!!),usuall renumerations apply ;D,ta in advance,Mick (moto tumbi)

managed to borrow a 'better" r/h pipeside s/cvr,still would like a l/h airbox s/cvr,or could somektmbody just confirm that the l/sides meant to be 1/2" bloody thick    ::)& curved below the triangle part??,tia,Mick

bugger  ???,the better r/h s/cvr (when i compared them),turns out to be off early mxer,it's flat,whereas the other turns in at the front around the shock,soooo back to square 1  ::),help??

Mick, I've got a 76/77 Ktm 250 with original side covers.  They are about 3mm thick on average and lipped at the edge for stiffness.   For the appearance of the side covers, if you Google www.pentonusa.org   it will bring up their website in the States.   Select ' featured bikes ' from the menu on the LHS to see the different models. There is a 76er as the feature photo.  :)   Cheers,   T250.

thanks for that info T250,i also would look them up in the VMX mag,but i lent the issue on the KTM's to a mate  ::),are you interested in lending me yours to replicate?,(spare set innit for you  ;)),cheers Mick
