years ago the Eltham Dirt Bike Centre used to have a lot of stuff for the DT's, I thought they had a pipe for the dt's or they may have used bassani or Pascoe of the time. Geoff Morris will whip one up for you. im sure it will liven the old girl up.

Look him up right here, he is forum member GMC ;)  or try searching for Geoff Morris Concepts  in Broadford Victoria.
I may not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.

you should be able to buy an old dt 400 in Victoria, give it to Geoff as a model, then flog it when he is done! ;D

probably cost the same as a day trip to victoria ;D

Look on evilbay USA [not OZ] and see if you can find a Bassani pipe for it, I had one back in the day. There will be others too....maybe Torque Engineering?

One of the differences I think would be the YZ / MX would have the usual slip spigot join with springs and the DT would have a flange mount system?
