I believe that only eleven were brought into this country in 1973.Good luck finding one.
You might try American Ebay,they come up on there sometimes.

I do know that a 76 model was the same engine. the enduro model may do the trick. do you have a phone number slakewell.

Dave the engines are more or less the same till 79/80 the castings are made of different material but they are the same.
What does your friend actually need?

Dave engines come up now and then on ebay or try the Penton forum as stated if it's just for club racing anything up to 1980 will bolt straight in. If you want to use it at the Nat's you need to hunt ebay for a few months and find the right engine numbers.They do come up.
