« on: September 17, 2014, 06:17:36 pm »
I'm after all parts required to rebuild the bottom and top end of a 79 model PE 250 Motor, where would be the best place to look here our overseas. Have not had much luck on ebay.
Con-Rod
Crank seals
Big end bearings
Over sized Piston kit
Cheers Rob

Try alpha sports usa.  Or suzi spares south Australia but he can be a bit rude and some items are top dollar

Most of the parts you are looking for are still available over the counter at your local Suzuki outlet .
Rod - shims - pin -  B/E & S/E   Bearings  ;)
Bearing's  .... Buy them at your Bearing supplier and don't forget to ask for C3
seals    ... crank seals buy LHS & RHS from Suzuki, the rest from Bearing supplier ** note gear      selector and clutch  actuator shaft  seals are PBR  ;)
Piston Kit .... Flea bay - wosner or wiseco
gaskets  .... buy a  hollow punch kit  ( 6mm to 19mm  and some gasket paper ( .6mm )

Gaskets are available from Suzuki, get your Suzuki dealer to get a Woosner piston kit in for you. Put a carbon reed petal in it.
