Wanted pre 1975 250 dirt track suitable bike

Hi I'm after a pre 75 250cc bike that I can use for dirt track, After something to muck around on with the boys at the back of the field.
not after a top dollar type bike but not looking for a project something in between would be good.

Jim I'm in Sydney but travel to Melbourne and Brisbane and now Adelaide so location not a big drama.
Haven't really thought to much on a price range but something around the $1500 to $2500 mark would be ideal.

i am thinking of selling one of mine but i want $3000.00 but it needs a little work as it is a rear beast here in australia

Piney has a great TM250 already set up needs a better pipe

I have something too which might fit the bill.  Its a 1969 TS250 set up for pre 75 dirt track.  Has a TM250 top end and carb, an aftermarket pipe, and pre 75 replacement front end and wheels (a whole lot lighter than the original chrome steel units).  Got all the original kit too, including oem airbox etc.  It goes well, and gets points for 'unusual' (that's one word for it).  You're not going to beat Elsinores on it, but gives other TMs and MXs a run for their money.  Going cheap.
