Hey vmx,BMC is Brisbane m/c club, which maybe a little 2 far away 4u iwould think.
1 was an 850Norton eml, & the other an 850 wasp, got chattin with the rider and apparently there's afew more outfits around that will hopefully come out of the woodwork.

Does the EML still belong to the Standage brothers ? I used to race against them in Towoomba , Coonondale  and ones in Benleigh. I think that was 82-83-84 +85

BMC had there 1st race meet ofthe year on the w/end, abit smaller than usual turnup but a top day nonetheless, i know ihad a ball.unfortunately only 1 s/car  as the rider of the eml hit a roo on his roadbike & broke his leg.

According to my boys you need only the width of your outfit plus 200mm , enough to get you front end inside their line and push them off it. ;) Now before anyone gets on their high horses  In any motorcycle speed racing you do exactly the same don't you. :) Cheers to the BMC and northern racers!

As per rule book the track should be at its narrowest point no less then 30 feet. Anything less is a goat track

Bet you wish all tracks had a minimum width of 30 feet!!!! ;) I do ! have a check at your next meeting ,you will very likely find the goats are winning.
