I had all the build details from when it was listed a couple of years ago

MOTOR - Fully rebuilt from bare crankcases, new bearings, rod kit, any gears showing wear were replaced, the cylinder was brand new for the event and was hand ported by Mitch Payton at Pro Circuit to the specs they have on file, Pro Circuit also supplied hand made pipes specifically to be used with the cylinders as well as pro Circuit silencers. Prox pistons and bearings were used through out the rebuild, new reeds and a full carb refurb with new jets, needle and slide were used. Prox clutch plates were used and Maxima lubricants used.

FRAME - the frame was blasted and the welders added the tabs for the works connection skidplate, the frame then got painted with the proper RAL paint in 2 pack, the steering bearings were replaced and the linkage was vapour blasted before all new bearings installed, the swingarm was paint stripped and brushed to give the proper finish and all new bearings were fitted to give a tight feel to the bike when ridden.  BRP chain guide and triple clamps were stripped of the anodising and sleeves were made to fit the 41mm forks.

SUSPENSION - the forks and shocks were stripped to the bare components and the shock body's and fork tubes were anodised bronze for the factory look, they were rebuilt with all new seals, bushings, springs and bump stops, again using Maxima oils.

WHEELS - only the bare hubs were used and new spokes, bearings, Excel rims, Dunlop tubes, rimlocks and tyres fitted. We went with Braking for the discs and renthal for the sprocket and brake pads.

TANK - Handmade aluminium gas tank made to our specs to look like the GP bikes of the era, GMX did an awesome job with these and they alone were VERY expensive, they were painted with the same RAL paint as the frame. GMX also refurbed the stock rads and fitted the strengthening brackets also. Samco hoses and new hose clips used

CHASSIS - stock foot pegs were used but 11m pins meant we machined the pegs and frame to suit, all new springs used. New kickstart and brake lever, works connection frame guards, rear brake guard& black pro clutch perch with red easy adjuster used, Renthal bars sprockets, chain and grips were used.BRP bar mounts left black and fitted in the rear position. UFO plastic used for everything in the rebuild. New Ceet foam and MXM cover, MXM also supplied the backgrounds and custom made graphics for each rider for the event. The engine mounts were anodised bronze as was the linkage dog bones and the rear brake carrier black, the water pump and water spigots of=n the motor were also coated black and even the small plate on the front of the cylinder was coated with the factory look bronze colour.DT1 air filter is fitted and all Maxima lubricants used.

BRAKES - the stock callipers were glass blasted then rebuilt with all new seals and brake pads, venhill hoses were used and all brakes re-bled with the top of the line maxima fluid.
