A couple of Rickmans on eBay

Here's a rare Mk4 500 Triumph Metisse. The Mk4 Metisse is a pretty rare piece of kit as they don't make a replica frame. I had a rough one a few years ago that I wanted to look like this one.

This one's a good cheap and cheerful starter bike. It's got the good crinkle cut Monty engine and looks reasonably complete. Whatevers missing can be easily found on eBay. These Rickmans are the best buy on eBay. Proper Montesa VR Capras go for twice the price yet these things have the same engine and are lighter and look pretty cool with the nickel plated frame. Consider the desirable Rickman hubs and Ceriani forks to be worth what this is at right now.

Rickman Metisse's best looking bike I have seen next to mighty maicos in my unbiased opinion :), tried to buy nice Metisse/AJS recently but just missed out on what I was prepared to pay coming out of UK, top bits of gear on the DT which you just cant get near and best bit is 1964 model can get registered without compliance plate. Very tempted to flog off the Bimota as cant use the power round town or in the country now without risk of losing licence and own dual purpose Bike which can be registered for the raod and used for DT. Lifes decisions are just never easy :-\
