I have a XR200RC  stripped  ( I know u all Love a Challenge )

Frame was Blasted & Powder Coated in Signal Red. Still in BubbleWrap!!

Engine is on Bench awaiting freshen up.

This was going to be one of those Dad kid projects but Xbox / Horses & a lack of interest won out.

The Project is as described  and shown in the pics on Feebay.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/251617854649?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1558.l2649

List of things that need doing!!!

1) New bearings in rear wheel & get new nylon sprocket bushes turned up.

2) Make up loom for Head & Tail light.

3) Remove top end and freshen up ( gasket kit included ) just found it.

4) New Fork gators

5) New handle bars

6) After market Brake & Clutch Assemblies

7) Headstem bearings.

8) Clean up plastics

9) Recover seat, original black ( note half assed attempt by a mate ) source correct cover from mob in NZ.

10) Finish powder coating pegs brake assembly in black ( sidestand was done, rest was to follow )

11) New cables Fr & Rear brake / Clutch.

12) clean up s/arm & repaint.

13) E-bay sticker kit Tank wings / prolink s/arm & contact for number boards.

14) New Tyres!!!

I estimate around $500 to finish off & a lot of elbow grease :)

Persistance beats resistance hahahaaa.

I sold my other one a few weeks ago have decided to just run the PE175.

Someone will be keen eventually have boxed all the parts so it all stays together til it finds a new home.

Not a lot advertised at the moment and most need a facelift after 32years so u never know half the work is done  ;)
